The best source for providing these materials is green - leaf vegetables, especially spinach. Cabbage and green vegetables are also good sources. Lutein and zeaxanthin can be found in orange and yellow vegetables and fruits such as corn as well. - Due to the presence of riboflavin ( vitamin B2 ) in this product, the urine may turn to yellow.
- Use the product in accordance with the exact prescription of the physician. Excessive consumption of vitamins including vitamin A, D, E and K will cause toxicity because they are retained in the body.
- Excessive consumption of vitamin C may cause a false negative result in urine glucose tests and diagnosis of blood cells in the stool.
- Mineral salts such as zinc and iron when consumed together with bran or fibrous foods and foods containing phosphate like milk, will not be absorbed properly and it is better to take them two hours after this supplement.

Dosage and directions :

 - In the event of liver and kidney diseases; blood diseases and hemorrhagic problems, patients afflicted with G6PD deficiency cardiovascular diseases ( ventricular fibrillation, consumers of digoxin and oral anticoagulant drug), patients with kidney stones, glaucoma, gout, digestive ulcer, Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, hypercalcemia, hypophosphatemia, hypermagnesemia, sarcoidosis, and hypervitamoniosis A.
 - In the event of consumption with other medication like Spironolactone and potassium retention drugs and other supplements and vitamins A, D, E and K; due to the possibility of toxicity caused by those vitamins.

Consumption during lactation and pregnancy :
Correct intake of vitamins during pregnancy and breastfeeding is very important, however, receiving additional amounts may be harmful for the mother, fetus or suckling. Therefore, using this product in pregnancy and breastfeeding should be under the supervision of a physician.

Side effects :
