Zinc Tablet consumption guidelines : :
Oral absorption of zinc is reduced by fibrous foods containing Oxalic acid ( spinach ) and foods containing bran, calcium and phosphorus ( milk and dairy products ).
Simultaneous drinking of tea and coffee with this supplement should be avoided due to reduced absorption of zinc.
This supplement should be taken at least 2 hours after tetracycline and Ciprofloxacin medications.
Consumption in pregnancy and lactation should be under the supervision of a physician.
While using anticoagulant drugs such as warfarin.
In the case of having a stomach ulcer or ulcerative colitis.
Side effects :
Digestive problems in rare occasions.
Dosage :
1 - 2 tablets daily, at least one or two hours after meals ( except when digestive irritation occurs ).
